[Geocoding] Nominatim performance

Further to my previous email (which, incidentally, I sent from a wrong address).

I am using the  --index-instances 2 option to use two threads during the update.

However, an hour's worth of updates takes longer than an hour so I
don't think our machine will ever catch up...
