 I - and lots of other people I talk to - support this. I don't think it's
 a feature enhancement, but a bugfix, because as it is right now, Nominatim
 returns a wrong address instead of none. I guess this could be categorized
 as a bug.

 It would be a huge improvement to fix this, because many people add
 redundant address-data to POIs inside buildings just to get Nominatim
 display the right address. BUT: if the POI isn't rendered as a symbol but
 as a housenumber (which happens for a lot of POIs), you sometimes see non-
 existing housenumbers like "11" when it's really housenumber 1 which has a
 POI with an extra housenumber 1 in it that gets rendered right next to the
 building's.
