[Geocoding] Bounded search does not find a named street that lies within those bounds

This search for Station Road, Cambridge, UK:

  http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/search?format=json&q=station+road,+cambridge,uk&viewbox=52.1,0.13,52.2,0.15&bounded=0

yields, many results that easily fit within the given viewbox.

However changing the bounded value to 1 yields no results.

Why is that?


The documentation for viewbox at:

  http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim

needs to clarify that the viewbox defines the bounding box for the
search, if that is indeed true.
