According to the logs these requests have been blocked due
to overuse of the API. We have a 1 request/s limit which is
enforced. Please reduce the frequency of your requests, then
the block should go away after a while. Note that the limit is
for your entire application, using more servers to query nominatim
will _not_ increase the number of request you can do. You should
also check for the HTTP return code and make sure that you do not
endlessly resend your queries when you an error is returned. Hammering
the server despite being blocked might get you permanently banned.
