[Geocoding] nominatim blocked

Dear list,

For a project concerning the ID editor I accidently queried the nominatim search api way beyond usage policy.  I apologize for this mistake.

Our IP has been blocked and because we are working here from a static IP I would like to ask if you can remove the block.
