 Hello,

 By some reason some of reverse geocoding requests don't return information
 about city.
 For example:
 http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/reverse?format=xml&lat=48.1729781&lon=16.3285742289821&zoom=18&addressdetails=1

 For the same time if you lower zoom value to e.g. 10 it correctly returns
 city:
 http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/reverse?format=xml&lat=48.1729781&lon=16.3285742289821&zoom=10&addressdetails=1

 The expectation is that the system should return as much details as bigger
 value of zoom parameter provided and it should be subjoined without
 loosing upper level data (Country->County->City etc.)

 Could you please fix that issue.
