[Geocoding] Is this the place to discuss addresses?

Hi Tom,

this mailing list is mostly focussed on processing OSM data for search
(and not very active, to be honest).

It looks like your question are more related to how to enter and tag
the address data. I recommend that you either start a discussion on
the tagging mailing list[1]. Or, if you feel that your use cases are
something that relates in particular to the US, then the US-specific
talk-us mailing list[2] might be even a better place to start. Both
lists are well frequented.
