Two additional comments:
./utils/update.php uses only one thread by default, so you should add
'--index-instances 4' to enable parallel processing.
To finish the initial import you must also create the search indices.
This can be done with: ./utils/setup.php --create-search-indices
(do this _after_ indexing has finished)
