 In several cases if I look up for a street in Milano, Italia, the street
 is not found.

 Instead of the correct street to show up, a list of street with similar
 name in nearby towns is shown.

 A list of some of the streets in Milano (Milan) where I have experienced
 this problems

 1) Via Pietro Maroncelli.

 If the research is done (ad usually is done) without the given name, "via
 Maroncelli, Milano. No result in Milano is given. If the research is fone
 with the full name "Via Pietro Maroncelli, Milano" a correct result is
 found.

 2) Via Benigno Crespi

 same as in 1)

 3)Viale Giovanni Milton
 http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/4012000
 if the search is "Viale Milton Milano" without comma the search does not
 show the correct way, if it is "Viale Milton, Milano" (with comma) the
 correct way is returned, if the search is "Viale Giovanni Milton Milano"
 (with full name without comma), the correct way is returned
