Hi Marc,
I tried passing extra parameter as you specified. It did return more information, and no way type information returned as expected. And I submit the request/issue to Github. Hope you guys could add this in the next release.
I have one more question. Can I install the Nominatim locally and customize the output information? Is there any restricts on this, either on my computer hard ware performance or the service limitation?
