Comment:

 Known problem with partial searches, "Генеральное консульство Украины в
 Гданьске" works. But there are plenty of other tickets about that issue
 already.

 Also, "в Гданську" shouldn't even be in the name tag, see also
 http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Names#Name_is_the_name_only .
 Descriptions like that always make the search results worse.
