[Geocoding] Country code for Hong Kong geocodes to "cn" instead of "hk"

According to wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hong_Kong, Hong Kong
became a part of China on the first of july, 1997. I do not know if this
affects the official country code.
