[Geocoding] Optimize Execution Time of Geocoding.

Hello,
I am using github code for reverse Geocoding and it is working fine.The
github link is as following.
https://github.com/openstreetmap/Nominatim
When I use geocoding service it takes 10 mili seconds to run. How can I
optimize execution time?

If anyone could help it would be great.
