[Geocoding] Different result in local nominatim instance and official instance

Hi everyone!
I have a question about nominatim.

Whenever we build a database for Poland we cannot get the same data that we
can find on the official site.
I marked the address entry on a screenshot that is problematic one - it is
present on the official site but not in our local instance. The problem
occurs for many villages (in Poland).

We are using the newest pbf data for Poland from
https://download.geofabrik.de/ site.
Do you have any idea where we should look for the reason for the difference?
