[Geocoding] connection reset

I am using https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/ to retrieve information on specific locations
for example:
https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/reverse.php?lat=30.0003629&lon=-97.7988707&zoom=18&format=json

recently it's start to throw an exception:
I/O error on GET request for "https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/reverse.php": Connection reset; nested exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLProtocolException: Connection reset

When I restart my WIFI it work for a few more minutes and then the error occurred again, and I am unable to access the urls.

Are you familiar which such issue? is there a way to promise a steady connection?
