[GraphHopper] Progress: world wide coverage, instructions, more precise queries, ...

Hi all early graphhoppers,

just want to inform you that graphhopper is making more and more
progress towards 0.1

 * With the help of Ottavio instructions have been implemented in the
separate branch issue-23 (see issue #23
<https://github.com/graphhopper/graphhopper/issues/23>)
 * Issue #17 <https://github.com/graphhopper/graphhopper/issues/17>: a
new "location to id" index is implemented, which avoids problems
illustrated in issue #24
<https://github.com/graphhopper/graphhopper/issues/24>
 * Because of solving this issue #17 the web demo
<http://graphhopper.com/maps> has now world wide coverage and fits into
a 13GB JVM. Thanks to Pannous.com for hosting this!
 * Several minor issues have been resolved (#26, #25, #19, ...)

All of this needs further testing and improvement. If you encounter bugs
or have different needs ... do not hesitate to ask :) !
