Hi Quinton,

hmmh, can you confirm the algorithm is the specialized one from
prepare.createAlgo?
And are you using the inmemory graph (not mmap)? See config.properties.

How big is your graph? Be sure you set the -Xmx value to at least this
size + 50MB (or higher if more concurrent requests expected)

Also post the debug information (GHResponse.debugInfo) from two or three
queries here.
