[GraphHopper] Error while Building a graph using pakistan-latest.osm

Looking to the error message I think the problem is that your Java path has space in it. I dont have windows to test, but maybe changing of last line to this would help:

"$JAVA" $JAVA_OPTS -cp $JAR $CLASS config=config.properties osmreader.graph-location=$GRAPH osmreader.osm=$OSM osmreader.size=$SIZE osmreader.algo=$ALGO
