[GraphHopper] show turns

Hi ???????,

good question. You'll have to find the involved nodes (to get lat+lon)
and how they belong to which instruction, then you should be able to
estimate the distance.

Please open an issue for this, of course it would be very cool if you
push it forward :). I would also need a similar thing for the web
interface to click on an instruction and let it highlight on the map.
