[GraphHopper] Questions regarding ToS, GTFS and IRC

Hi Mattias,
there are no terms of service for the GraphHopper Maps as it currently
not intended to be used outside (except a browser). But if the traffic
is low and you put the correct user agent to every request this should
not be a problem as I imagine the request to be browser a-like.

I have ideas, yes, but currently not very concrete ones :)
