[GraphHopper] Reverse of duration calculation, coverable distance given a time duration

Hello,

This is to find something like a walkable/drivable distance from a point
given a time duration.
For this to effectively work the near by roads/streets of the point should
be given or calculated by the api itself.

To look in another perspective, the need is to find the nervous lines of a
place.

I have posted multiple questions in the forum,

will appreciate all your help in finding/hacking a solution in graphhopper.
