[GraphHopper] Unit test failure on /master

Hi Peter,

I fetched the current /master (hash 533745f33ff6d816046d9f41d6bdb6d4eab7511d) and merged it to my branch.
Now all the unit tests in class OSMReaderTest are failing due to a NullPointerException.

Do you have the same our should I investigate at my side ?
