[GraphHopper] Real Time re-routing

Hi,

I'm testing your great library and I want to know if it's possible to force
the route to start at a specific edge in a specific direction.

I will explain why:
Currently I update an itinary very quickly (for example every second). So
when I move on the map each time I query for a new itinary, and even if I'm
currently on the good way (on the route of the previous Itinary query with
the same destination), the new itinary can change and start in another
route because of the Location2Index function which select the nearest node
for start (I think).

For example here, I'm currently moving to the right on the Franzosiche
Strasse but when I query for a new Itinary, then it makes me start to the
Friedrichstrasse even if I will prefer to pass on the Franzosiche since I'm
on it. (I prefer to start on the node CharlottenStrasse/Franzosiche strasse
and not on the nearest node).

Do you have a solution for that? Or is this necessary since turn cost and
turn restriction are not implemented?

PS: I want to thank you a lot for your great job! All works as a charm :)
I'm very impatient to see the result when turn restriction will be
implemented (that's the very important thing for me which will makes your
work at the top!)
