[Graphhopper] shortest and fastest route

Hi again,

if you use the fastRouting (contraction hierarchies) this cannot be
changed on demand and needs to be changed when importing the graph.

Set osmreader.chShortcuts=fastest or osmreader.chShortcuts=shortest in
the config.properties
