[GraphHopper] GraphReader factory

Hello,

I developed a custom graph reader for our need which worked fine as I could create and use our own data to create a graph used by GraphHopper.
When I last synced on Friday with the /master, I saw that some OSM graph initialization was moved from OsmReader to the GrahHopper class.
For those like us who use custom data source and reader this require quite an amount of modification to use our graph and this will become hard to maintain.

What I suggest is to create a GraphFactory class that would return a graph making abstraction of the data source.
Several graph reader implementations could then easily be added to this factory for an easy integration.
A property would be added to guide the factory in choosing the right implementation according everyone's need.
