[GraphHopper] Reg : Turn Instructions with Graphhopper

Hi all

maybe there is a confusion between
- turn restrictions (restriction on maneuvres at node)  and
- turn instructions (routing guidance).

I think the former is about to be merged but I am also interested to 
know if so is working on the later
