[Gsoc-orga] GSoC new requirement

Hi Sharbel,
we don't expect that you are a long-term ocntributor to the software, in
fact you must not be. We just expect that as part of preparing for the
project you have a look at the open issues of the project, pick one that
is suitable for a newcomer and give it a try. This requirements helps us
to get to know you a bit and you to find out if the software that you
have picked is really the best fit.
So, yes, you are welcome to participate.
