[Gsoc-orga] Missing link in final evaluation

Hi Michael,

that's a known bug with the interface. Google is busy fixing it.
There was a mail about it this morning and they will probably send
another when it is fixed and the link is shown again.

You can already fill the rest of the evaluation and then come back
at the end of the week to recheck that the link is correct. Or just
wait until Google has fixed the form and fill in the evaluation then.
