[Gsoc-orga] Google Summer of Code 2024

Hi Rudy,

I fully expect OpenStreetMap will apply to be a mentoring organization 
for GSoC 2024, but the process by which Google selects the roster of 
Open Source organizations won't kick off until late in January.

We will be providing a list of potential project ideas (in addition to 
the possibility to propose your own idea for a project in the OSM 
ecosystem), but we have not yet compiled such a list for 2024.

You can check the documentation for the 2023 edition of GSoC to see 
which kinds of projects were proposed and selected:
