[Gsoc-orga] Wanted to Contribute JOSM editor

Hi Aayush

Thank you for your interest  in participating in GSOC this year.

While we naturally would appreciate contributions from somebody as 
experienced as you, I doubt that you fulfil googles participation 
criteria exactly because you are so experienced. Non-students have to 
have essentially no history of contributions to OSS. Have you checked on 
the GSOC site if you fit the required profile?
