Hi Zhenglin,

thanks for your interest in GSoC 2023. We have not started preparation
yet, although you can find some general information and hints on how to
get started at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Google_Summer_of_Code#Google_Summer_of_Code_2023

You can also look at the project proposals from last years (linked on
the same page further below) to get an idea which projects usually
participate and what kind of tasks come up.
