[Gsoc-orga] GSOC Enquiry

Hi everyone,

I came across open street maps on the GSOC website and I would really enjoy
contributing to opensource for this organisation. One project that stood
out to me was Support Vespucci preset extensions in JOSM. I would like to
ask would the level of java of a first year computer science student be
sufficient for this project?
