Dear Sajeevini,

unfortunately, we do not collect samples of past successful proposals. 
However, we hope that the section "Writing the application" on our 
documentation page helps you understand our expectations for this year's 
applications:

You can also find a table on https://wiki.osm.org/GSoC which has each 
year's overview of accepted "accepted projects" pages. It doesn't 
contain the proposal documents, but can give you an idea of the types of 
projects we have mentored in the past.
