[Gsoc-orga] GSoC 2023 - Expecting payment from Google..?

Hello Dorothea,

I believe we're expecting a payment through Payoneer either today 
(October 30) or on November 15.

The expected amount is $2000, plus an additional travel stipend of $1200 
(which is intended to pay for the costs of our delegate, Nils Nolde, 
attending the GSoC mentor summit).
