[Gsoc-orga] GSoC-Vorbereitungen 2024

Hat sich noch geklärt: dass die EWG ein paar der CfPs abarbeiten konnte 
war mir bewusst, nur wer es war nicht, und ich hatte das missverstanden 
als Festanstellung.
