[Gsoc-orga] Inquiry Regarding OpenStreetMap’s Participation in GSoC 2025

Dear Krishna Sharma,

OpenStreetMap will apply to become a mentoring organization for Google 
Summer of Code 2025.

According to the official timeline, Google will make its decision by 
February 27 and publish the list of organizations participating in this 
year's GSoC on that date.
