[Gsoc-orga] Proposal for Collaboration Between Zendalona and OSM in GSoC 2025

Hi Nalin,

congratulations on being accepted as a mentoring organization again. 
It's good to see more projects using OSM data!

We do have concerns about your proposed mode of cooperation. In 
particular, having your team members apply to be GSoC contributors might 
run afoul of Google's rules (https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/rules 
section 7.1.b.ii lists interns of an Organization as Ineligible 
Individuals). Apart from that, we do not see a sufficient benefit of 
having these under our organization's umbrella rather than yours.

Nevertheless, we hope you have a successful Summer of Code ahead of you! 
We would be happy to learn more about the progress of your projects once 
you have news to share – perhaps on our community communication channels 
and OSM conferences?
