Hi Richard - apologies for the problems the site is giving you.
I just tried sending you a password reset, but if that doesn't work, then
I'll delete your name from the user base. I just tried doing that, but it
was giving me a hard time, which is why I tried the password reset. In the
mean time, I'll keep digging to figure out why I was having a problem
deleting you!
