[OHM] Wikimaps

Hi Jeff,

I think this is exactly how things need to be done, these two project need
to grow together.

We are starting drafting the project in
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wikimaps. Please feel free to add
to it!

Looking forward to what this will turn into!
