[OHM] Birthday Sprint

I am in & will see if I can rally some local participation.

Is there a location for the Sprint or will it be distributed?

And, for those of you who aren't aware, we've started logging some of our
needs on our github account:
https://github.com/organizations/OpenHistoricalMap

There are plenty of projects there & hopefully, we can pick up some of
those items and start pressing onward!
