[OHM] Need for an OHM sysadmin

Jeff,

I'll tentatively throw my hat in the ring. I can't realistically put any
time against this until after NACIS, but that's only a few weeks away.

Could you expand on "the needs of the community" and where they're being
expressed? I've been on this list since SOTMUS and, if you factor out
messages about site outages, it seems very quiet.
