[OHM] Monthly hangout - quick notes

Hi all -

We had a good quick December hangout, in conjunction with the Wikimaps
December Hangout today. Note: we'll be setting up some more regular OHM
hangouts in the near future.

Attending today's session were Tim Waters, Rob Warren, Susanna Ånäs, André
Costa, and myself.

We covered quite a few topics, including, but not limited to the following
(apologies for the sporadic / way too high-level notetaking!):
- NEH ODH Grant Proposal brainstorming - more detailed email on this
forthcoming
- Elevation Data Server & possible use of this for historic flood mapping

- Upcoming Wikimaps Conference - Susanna
- Mapwarper is getting a facelift
