[OHM] OSM: New query feature

All the code from website to rendering stack is on GitHub:
https://github.com/openhistoricalmap

It's several months older from OSM Website though.There's a few changes
between OSM and OHM  - mainly URLs and localization strings, but
fundamentally it's the same.
