These aren't expressed terribly well as I wanted to push these out quickly
before the Zurich hack weekend got up and running.

I thought quite a lot about this back in 2011 when I was fiddling with the
first OSH data for Berlin, but I never wrote everything down, so I've been
trying to recall the key points.

Hope that it at least provokes discussion.
