[OHM] TimeSlider - calling attention to early prototype

Hi Jaime,
Good starting point. Maybe you could also take a look to this one to get
some ideas?

Some things I like of this one:
- you can drag the central area and both sliders move with it
- the date is displayed in the slider
Things that it is missing:
- a precision selector (century, year, day)
