[OHM] Advice on modelling historical boundaries & where to keep them?

That current boundaries are continually evolving is a fact even if you
don't add in older material, so the demand that exists is that current
material is properly archived using it's start and stop dates rather
than simply being wiped. That a better way of maintaining that data is
needed is obvious and that process should naturally allow earlier data
to be maintained as well.
