[OHM] OHM instance of iD 1.7

I have just porting the latest version of the iD editor to OHM, you can try
it out here: (http://abbe98.github.io/iD/(this runs from source so it will
appear slow)).

These is some of the differences from OSM iD:
  Custom backgrounds for OHM(no legal issues/OHM background)
  OHM branding and links
  Modified data layers
  Only English UI
  Walkthrough disabled(crashes iD on openhistoricalmap.org)

Here is some features not present in iD 1.3.9(openhistoricalmap.org):
  Feature Filtering
  Areas Wireframe
  Areas Partial Fill
  Copy/Paste

The last thing until it will be 100% OHM, is the help section that has to
be rewritten for OHM. Adding a section about how to use tools like Maps
Warper/Fieldmaps and a section about the legal aspects of the project. I
won't work on this so feel free to contribute...

Future additions:
  Documentation for OHM changes(work in progress)
  Custom OHM presents(OHM tags anyone?)

 If I find the time for future extending:
  Time aware filtering(should be quite easy)
  Custom data layer using open APIs(SOCH/Norvegiana/...)
  Support for Notes((as on the homepage) "work in progress" at
openstreetmap/iD)

Would be great if anyone could contribute with the new help texts! If
anyone wants to contribute to development the source code is available on
Github.
