[OHM] OHM instance of iD 1.7

I have no experience in minifying it for the Rails site,  but it should be easy, its process is described in RELEASE.md I think. 

The aim is to solve issue one and two before pushing it to the site(help section/bug),  the second issue could be a issue with core iD. 

Note that the Github repo now is located in the OHM organization. 

To answer the question,  when someone has written the help sections and I got the time...
