[OHM] SOTM US anyone going & talk proposals

we should definitely see about setting up an OHM BOF.
i missed the one in DC due to other talks i wanted to see,
unfortunately.

the gating factor on my talk is making progress on getting
an Overpass instance set up so i can query OHM in a
useful way from Leaflet. that will let me do the next version
of my racetrack embeds; the current version is simply not
enough to justify a full talk.
