[OHM] SOTM US

ok, i'm going to formalize my suggestions for SOTM US:

1) see if there are enough OHMers going who have short
presentations; if enough, see if the conference organizers
will set up a OHM focused group of lightning talks

2) for any BOF, go in with a prepared agenda and stay
out of the intro-and-interests mode of operation. there
are lots of issues that have been brought up on this list
that might be worth discussion in the BOF, so go in
planning to use it that way.
